Mr. Faisal Al Nassar is the Group Acting CEO since November 2022, the Group CFO since 2011 and a member of the Board of Director in addition to his membership in the Board of Directors of the Saudi Serco Services Company, and a Chairman of the Board of Managers of all subsidiary companies. He held the position of CFO and member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Roiaa Investment Company (previously ACWA Holding) during the period from 2006 until 2011. Mr. Faisal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the College of Industrial Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran in 2001.

Mr. Hesham Al Habib is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Business Development and Strategy of the Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee of the Kingdom Holding Company, member of the Board of Directors of Dr. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Habib Commercial Investment Company and Saudi Serco Services Company and a member of the Board of Directors of Hamat Holding Company as well. He held the position of Director of Business Development in the Group from 2009 until 2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the American University of Sharjah, UAE in 2009.

Mr. Saud Al Arifi is the Group General Counsel of the Group, while also serving as the Secretary for the Board of Directors. Mr. Saud Al Arifi has held a number of senior roles in the legal sector at several renowned institutions, including the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), DLA Piper Middle East LLP and Clyde & Co. LLP. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Islamic Call and Media awarded by Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, and Master Degree in Securities and Financial Regulations, Georgetown University, Washington; Master Degree in Law, Duke University, Durham; and System Studies, Institute of Public Administration, Riyadh.

Prof. Abdullah Al Herbish is the SVP Physicians Affairs and a Consultant of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at the Group. He has previously held positions on the Board of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes and the Board of Pediatrics for the American Board Association, USA. He has also held several Canadian Fellowships in Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes and Pediatrics from the Royal Canadian College of Physicians and Surgeons. He was admitted to the Canadian College of Physicians and Surgeons upon the completion of his degree at the University of Toronto, Canada.

Prof. Sulaiman Al Majed is the SVP Medical Affairs, Supervisor of Diagnostic Radiology, Laboratory and Nursing, and a Consultant of Internal and Chest Diseases. He has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare sector, having carried out a range of consultant, educational and Board-level positions. He was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from King Saud University, Riyadh, and has since served on the American Boards for Chest Diseases and Internal Medicine, and as a Professor at King Saud University. In addition, he also holds Canadian Fellowships in Chest Diseases and Internal Diseases as a member of the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Dr. Abdulwahab Al Abdulwahab is the Chief Operating Officer at the Group. He has held several senior management positions within the healthcare industry, with over 18 years of experience in the sector. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Rayan Hospital, General Manager of Home Healthcare Company, at the Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Medical Sciences from King Saud University, and has been awarded a Master’s degree and PhD in Healthcare Management from the University of Wales, UK.

Mr. Vimal Subramanian is the Head of the Internal Audit Department and the Secretary of the Audit Committee at the Group since 2016. He has vast experience in internal audit, risk and consulting services for the past 17 years across different Industries. Previously, he worked with renowned Consulting firms such as KPMG, RSM International, Protiviti and Astral Consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting, from the University of Anamalai, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration – Finance, from Bharathiar University. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from the Institute of Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Mr. Mustapha Al Omari is the Vice President of Supply and Logistics at the Group. He has held several senior positions throughout his career, including General Manager of Biscuterie Moderne Zine, Director of the Department of Supply and Logistics Development for Mondelez International, and Director of Supply Chain Development for Mondelez and Ex Kraft Food International. He is a State Engineer and a graduate of Mohammadia School of Engineers.

Prof. Awad AlOmari is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at the Group. Prof. Awad currently serves in the capacity of President of Saudi Critical Care Society, and Professor of Medicine at AlFaisal University Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prof. Awad AlOmari holds Saudi Board in internal Medicine from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, he has also held Canadian Board Fellowship in Infectious Diseases, and Canadian Board Fellowship in Intensive Care, University of Ottawa, Canada.

Mr. Abdulelah Al Mayman is the CEO of Cloud Solutions Company, also serving on the Senior Management team of the Group. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Information Technology of the Group. He has previously served as the Executive Director for Business Specifications at Samba Financial Group, Executive Director for Banking Applications at Alinma Bank, and the Head of American Express Systems at the Saudi Investment Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, from King Saud University, Riyadh.

Mr. Riyad Al Atiqi is the General Director of Pharmaceutical Facilities at the Group. He has held several senior positions in the pharmaceutical sector including the role of Manager of the Central Region Branch of the Saudi International Trading Company, and as Regulatory Relations Officer for Novartis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both awarded by the King Saud University, Riyadh. He also holds a diploma in International Finance, awarded by the Paris Business School.

Mr. Riyadh Bajodah is the acting Vice President for Digital Business at the Group, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Taswyat Administrative Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group). Mr. Riyadh has previously served in several senior positions throughout his career for over than 22 years of professional experience in Information Technology and Security Solutions companies, where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Waseel ASP Ltd from 2002 till 2009, then as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Waseel ASP Ltd during the period from 2009 till 2020. Mr. Riyadh also served as the Central Region Manager of Batterjee Security Products (AMB Group) from 2001 till 2022. Mr. Riyadh earned a Bachelor’s degree in B.A., Management Information Systems (MIS) from King Fahad University for Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran in 1999.
